T-Mobile Ultra Service

T-Mobile Ultra is $20 a month with us and bundles with any of the handsets below at checkout. It is the same arrangement as our other lines: no contract, no data upsell you cannot use, and the phone arrives activated rather than in a box for you to sort out.

One handset, the Fusion, lists the option as Ultra T-Mobile at checkout. It is the same service, just labeled differently on that product.

Coverage and Band Support

T-Mobile's coverage is excellent in dense areas and more variable once you are out of them, which is the honest summary. Its network leans on a set of bands that not every basic phone supports equally well, and band 12 in particular is what carries a signal indoors and in rural areas.

That is why we match the handset to the network rather than assuming an unlocked phone works everywhere. Some kosher phones are built primarily around Verizon's bands and will activate on T-Mobile while giving you weaker reception than you expected.
