Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of purchase. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- The item must not have been:
- Dropped
- Exposed to water or other liquids
- Left in excessive heat or other damaging conditions.
Items showing signs of physical damage, water damage, misuse, neglect, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
Return Authorization Required
Before sending any item back, you must obtain return authorization by contacting:

Please include your order information and reason for the return or exchange. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable return shipping charges.
Items returned with missing parts, accessories, or components may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please email sales@lakewoodkoshercellusa.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement item.
All exchanges are subject to product availability and compliance with the eligibility requirements outlined above.
