Do I need to buy a SIM card with my plan?

Yes, if you are buying a plan without a phone. Every plan purchased on its own needs a SIM card. If you buy a phone and a plan together, we set up the SIM for you, so you do not need to order one separately.

Will this SIM card work in my current phone?

It will work in most unlocked phones that support the carrier you choose. Locked phones from another carrier will not accept it. Tell us your phone model when you order, or bring it into our Lakewood store, and we will check it before activating.

What if my phone does not connect after I insert the SIM?

First power the phone off, reseat the SIM and restart. If it still shows no service, the phone may not support that carrier's network bands or may need its settings updated. Call us at 732-886-0200 and we will walk you through it.
